Withdrawing Funds Back to Your Wallet
When you want to pull funds out, the withdrawal path mirrors the deposit flow. Head to the cashier, select Withdraw, and choose the wallet you want to receive the money — DANA, OVO or GoPay. Enter the amount, then confirm your account identity at the verification prompt. We check that the wallet name matches the name on your ayualot account before we
release the transfer; this step protects your balance from misdirected payouts. Withdrawal requests that pass identity checks move to the payment network queue. Actual transfer speed depends on the wallet provider and network conditions at that moment.
- Open Withdrawal in Cashier — From your account dashboard, go to the cashier and tap Withdraw. The page shows your current withdrawable balance and the available wallet options.
- Select Wallet and Amount — Choose DANA, OVO or GoPay, enter the amount you want to move out, and double-check the wallet number on file before proceeding.
- Complete Identity Verification — Confirm your account PIN or the one-time code sent to your registered contact. This step locks the request to your account only.
- Transfer Enters the Queue — After verification passes, the withdrawal enters the payment network. Your ayualot balance updates immediately; wallet credit follows network processing.
